NUTRITIONAL ALCHEMY
Nutritional Alchemy, created by Adam and Alexander Chinnasami in order prevent deception from the food industry, is the change of a food from a green to an orange or red, an orange to a green or a red, or a red to a green or an orange. This system was devised in order to fully avoid deception in anyway by the food industry; it also helps others understand how foods can change in health value by the way it is prepared and by what is added to the original dish.
A good example of this property in use is for a salad. A salad is normally though of as healthy. However, if cheese is added it would become an orange, and if bacon bits and dressing were added, it would become a red. Another example is for chicken, chicken is an orange when grilled, but if it is fried, then the chicken is red. It is also important to know that this phenomenon can go both ways. A red salad can become a green salad if the cheese and dressing is removed.
