ROG'S FIRST IMPLEMENTATION

I have implemented this program into Westchester Country Day School. Therefore, I know that this program, ROG, works very well and solves issues, such as complicated calorie counting because it worked extremely well in WCDS. Let me tell you how ROG works. ROG uses three simple colors red, orange, and green in order to teach kids how to make healthy choices. Foods that are marked red are foods that are over ten grams of fat or high in sugars. Foods that are marked green are considered universally healthy, and foods that are marked orange fall into neither the category of red nor that of green foods.

Habits are built young, and ROG can be used earlier than other methods and can build better habits for better nutrition by starting at a younger age. How? By using colors, it makes eating healthy very easy and quite simple.
